Control and supervision of the works from the point of view of quality, health and safety, cost and time of execution, sustainability and relationship with the client.
In particular, the following were carried out:
Control and supervision of the works in terms of quality, health and safety, cost and execution time, sustainability and customer relations.
- Review, checking and collaboration for the final design.
- Review and supervision of geotechnical studies and topographical surveys.
- Quantitative and qualitative control during construction.
- Construction supervision; Health and safety coordination.
- Specific technical assistance during construction.
- Property assistance during negotiations with the contractor.
- Review and collaboration for the detail engineering for the works.
- Review, approval and monitoring of work schedules.
- Monthly monitoring reports.
- Specific and other technical reports as needed.
- Administrative and financial monitoring for the works.
- Maintenance and operation schedule.
- Review of as-built documentation. As-built project.
- Final reports.

This project involved the construction of 1,300 metres of major tunnels in the Garraf Massif in addition to 2,500 linear metres of roadway. The proximity to residential buildings required a complex monitoring system.
All aspects of the work control and supervision necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract were analysed (geometry, quality, deadlines, budget, sustainability, monitoring of effects on the air, soil, water, vegetation and fauna, and other cultural aspects). Health and Safety was monitored during the works phase.
Total time for completion: 37 months.
