This integration strengthens SOCOTEC Spain's standing in the domestic market, incorporating Intercontrol's robust history and reputation in the Valencian Community across quality control, geotechnics, construction materials testing, civil engineering consultancy, and environmental services.
With its central headquarters in the Valencian Community and a network of four production facilities situated in Valencia city, Carlet, Ibiza, and Teruel.
As a result of this strategic acquisition, SOCOTEC's total revenue increases by 25%, and its national presence is strengthened, solidifying its position as a pivotal engineering company in the Spanish E-TIC services market for infrastructure and construction projects.
