- Phase 1:
Technical, administrative and financial auditing of the contract for: Construction of the new tropicarium of the José Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden and the adequacy of its annexed areas.
- Phase 2:
Perform the technical, administrative and financial auditing of the contract whose purpose is to build by the fixed unit price system without readjustment formula, the second phase of the tropicarium of the José Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden of Bogotá.
- Phase 3:
Perform the technical, administrative, financial, accounting, legal, environmental, and occupational health and safety auditing of the works contracts that have as their purpose: To contract the civil works and the manufacture of artificial elements of ambience, for the installation and commissioning of the Tropicarium of the Botanical Garden by the system of fixed unit prices - Lots 1.
Technical supervision of the construction works of more than 15 educational infrastructures.
Formation of lists of eligible bidders to enable bidders to sign technical, administrative, financial, legal and environmental auditing contracts for works contracts, which include the
execution of designs, technical studies and educational infrastructure works required by the educational infrastructure financing fund - FFIE.
