Project details:
Architectural and structural designs for the Cultural complex of Funza in Colombia which ended in September 2019, that same year Funza hired, through a bidding process, the builder that materialized such designs.
The project is of 7000 m2 of built area and 2500 m2 of urban planning, consisting of two buildings: the first has as its main attraction an auditorium with capacity for 600 people, in addition, it will have a platform for musicians, allowing versatility of events and presentations, it will also have spaces for dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, among others, and the second building will have an alternate room with capacity for 100 people, music classrooms, rooms for dances, administrative offices, modules for musicians, terraces and cafeteria at the level of the main plaza, parking and green areas.
It is expected that by the end of the year 2021 the works will be completed and the project will be operational, undoubtedly a project designed by SOCOTEC Colombia that will be a milestone in the entire region of Cundinamarca and in the municipality of Funza, SOCOTEC supports economic, cultural and social development at the municipal and governmental level.
