In this masterclass we tell you about the main strategies for sustainable and circular management of water and materials in urbanisation projects, as well as having a rigorous control of carbon emissions, taking as an example the renovation of the Rambla Modolell in Viladecans. The calculation of the carbon footprint is a pioneering initiative in the accounting and transparency of emissions (Phases A1-A5). To this end, life cycle analysis is implemented, a methodology that allows the environmental impact to be calculated and recorded at each stage of the project.

Tests required to obtain LEED and Passivehouse certification
